We can provide Live Video Production for Live events ideal for Meetings, Conferences & Awards. With the latest cameras, video switching and our stock of LED Screens and Video Wall, we are able to relay Live content from the stage, around the room onto multiple screens within your event venue.

With multiple options available, we have traditional HD cameras available with operators and vision mixing, but we can also provide alternative lower-cost PTZ systems with a single vision mixer/camera operator for slower moving events & Presentations. This is a fantastic option for conferences or meetings where the focus of the activity is on stage, and the client wishes to record or stream the content of presentations to delegates who will be able to access the content online.

For faster moving events which could be festivals, awards for example, a more traditional set up may be preferred with a Vision Mixer/Director and multiple camera operators, allowing more movement and creativity with the camera shots and movements. There is also the option to add a wireless transmission pack and gain shots from across the room / venue, where nominees can be relayed onto the screen directly ahead of the announcement of an award and potentially followed by camera up to receive their award on the stage.
